I created The Lifestyle Nook in 2023 in order to give others a safe space to improve their life and wellbeing and, let me tell you, it's been a long journey!

I'm a Mathematics student from the UK, and a Freelance Content Writer on the side (if you're interested in seeing some of my work, check out my portfolio!).

Starting my business at nineteen wasn't easy, and I'm here to help anyone else who feels a little lost in their venture.
